AFFILIATE TERMS

Welcome to the MakeTradingWork Affiliate Program. By applying for and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Affiliate Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.

MakeTradingWork reserves the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

1.2 RELATIONSHIP

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of MakeTradingWork.

You have no authority to make or accept offers, represent, or act on behalf of MakeTradingWork.

Your participation in the Affiliate Program does not establish any partnership, joint venture, or formal business relationship between you and MakeTradingWork.

2. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 PROMOTION GUIDELINES

You may promote MakeTradingWork’s services through approved marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with MakeTradingWork in compliance with applicable advertising laws and guidelines.

All promotional content must be truthful, transparent, and not misleading.

You may only use approved marketing materials provided by MakeTradingWork.

2.2 PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not engage in spam marketing, including unsolicited emails or messages.

You must not use false, misleading, or deceptive claims to promote MakeTradingWork’s services.

You may not offer incentives (cash, discounts, bonuses) in exchange for sign-ups.

You may not misrepresent MakeTradingWork’s services or provide financial or investment advice.

You may not engage in unauthorized bidding on MakeTradingWork-branded keywords in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) without prior written approval.

You must not impersonate MakeTradingWork or its representatives in any way.

You must not create fake accounts, engage in fraudulent activities, or artificially manipulate referral metrics.

3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS

3.1 COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful referrals that result in a paid subscription.

The commission percentage, structure, and eligibility criteria will be provided upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

3.2 PAYMENT TERMS

Payments will be made monthly, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met.

Payments will be processed via Stripe or other approved payment methods.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date.

Commissions will be paid in the currency specified by MakeTradingWork.

3.3 REFUND POLICY & COMMISSION ADJUSTMENTS

If a referred customer cancels within the refund period, the corresponding commission may be deducted from future payouts.

MakeTradingWork reserves the right to adjust or withhold commission payments in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.

Chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or disputed payments will result in commission reversals.

3.4 TAXES

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commission earnings.

MakeTradingWork will not withhold or pay taxes on behalf of affiliates unless required by law.

4. AFFILIATE COMPLIANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY

4.1 ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your referral links and any communication with MakeTradingWork regarding your affiliate status.

You must notify MakeTradingWork immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your referral links or any security breaches.

4.2 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to advertising, marketing, and consumer protection.

You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional methods adhere to relevant legal and regulatory guidelines, including GDPR and FTC regulations where applicable.

4.3 AFFILIATE TERMINATION

MakeTradingWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate status at any time if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

If terminated due to misconduct, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Affiliates who repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities will be permanently banned from the Affiliate Program.

You may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by providing written notice to MakeTradingWork.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MakeTradingWork does not guarantee any level of earnings or success from the Affiliate Program.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.

MakeTradingWork is not liable for any technical errors, disruptions, or tracking failures that may impact commission tracking and payments.

Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the last six (6) months.

6. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may not collect or store any user data obtained through your affiliate activities beyond what is required for tracking referrals.

Affiliates must not misuse or disclose customer information obtained through referral activities.

Any violation of data protection laws will result in immediate termination from the program and potential legal action.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

MakeTradingWork reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to stay informed about updates.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.

Affiliates agree to resolve disputes through negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

TradeTech Group Limited is not responsible for financial losses or trading outcomes resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program. Total liability is limited to the commissions paid within the last six (6) months.
