Welcome to MakeTradingWork, a provider of educational trading services. By accessing or using any of the subscription services provided by us, including The Starter Membership, The Advanced Membership, and The Professional Trader + Membership (collectively, "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal contract.
Accurate Information: When subscribing to our Services, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes personal details such as name, contact information, and payment information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your information and update it promptly if any of your details change. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction when using the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that you are not violating any local or international laws, including those regarding online conduct, consumer protection, and financial regulations.
1.2 USE OF SERVICES
Educational Purpose: The Services provided by MakeTradingWork are strictly for educational purposes only. The content, tools, strategies, and other resources offered are not to be considered as financial, legal, or investment advice. We do not guarantee or offer any specific financial returns or performance.
Personal Use: The Services are intended for your personal educational use only. You are not permitted to redistribute, sell, or share any content or materials from the Services without prior written consent from MakeTradingWork. You may not use our Services for commercial purposes or to provide advisory services to others.
No Financial Advice: By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your trading, investment, and financial decisions. Any actions you take based on the educational content provided by the Services are done at your own risk.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
2.1 SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Types of Memberships: MakeTradingWork offers three subscription plans: The Starter Membership, The Advanced Membership, and The Professional Membership.
Starter Membership Free Trial: During the free trial period of the Starter Membership, you will receive 30 minutes of weekly coaching instead of the standard 60 minutes. If you choose to continue your subscription after the trial ends, you will receive 60 minutes of weekly coaching.
Benefits of Each Plan: The specific benefits and features of each membership plan are detailed on our website. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the benefits and chosen the plan that best suits your needs.

2.2 SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND PAYMENT
Payment Terms: You agree to pay the subscription fees for the selected membership plan. Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle, which may be monthly or quarterly, depending on the option selected.
Authorized Payment Methods: You must use a payment method that is registered in your name and linked to you. The use of any payment method where the named cardholder differs from your registered account information is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel transactions or suspend accounts found in violation of this policy.
Billing Process: Subscription fees are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee for the full term of your membership.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment details and ensure your account is funded or capable of processing payments.
2.3 SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term and at the applicable subscription fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, please note that cancellation will not result in a refund for the current term, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription term.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
3.1 Doo Group (Doo Prime and DP Funded) About
Doo Group: MakeTradingWork has established partnerships with Doo Group, which includes two services:
Doo Prime: A brokerage firm that provides online trading services to clients.
DP Funded: A proprietary trading firm that provides funding for traders based on their performance.
DP Funded credits are a one-time, non-transferable credit that cannot be reissued, refunded, or carried forward.
Third-Party Terms: By engaging with any of Doo Group's services, including opening accounts or using their platforms, you agree to be bound by their respective Terms & Conditions, which are available on their websites. MakeTradingWork is not responsible for any aspect of the services provided by Doo Group, including any issues related to your account, trading activity, or any financial transactions.
Limitation of Liability: MakeTradingWork does not control, manage, or supervise the services provided by Doo Group. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues that arise from your use of Doo Prime or DP Funded. Any disputes or concerns should be directed to Doo Group.
4. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username, password, etc.). You must immediately notify us if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account.
Access Control: You agree not to share your login credentials with any other individuals or entities. MakeTradingWork is not responsible for any activity under your account caused by unauthorized use of your login credentials.
Account Termination: If we suspect that you are violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in misconduct, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
4.2 COMPLIANCE & VERIFICATION
Identity Verification: You agree to cooperate with our compliance team by providing any necessary documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment information. We may ask for this verification at any point during your subscription.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of your country of residence. This includes laws governing online conduct, financial transactions, data protection, and anti-money laundering.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 NO REFUNDS
Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current subscription term but will not receive any refund.
Partial Use: Refunds will not be issued for partial use of the Services or if your access is terminated due to misconduct, violation of the Terms & Conditions, or any other breach of agreement.
Legal Refunds: In some jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may require us to provide a refund under certain circumstances. If a refund is required, it will be limited to the applicable subscription fees for the current term.
6. MISCONDUCT AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS
6.1 PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Illegal Activities: You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, money laundering, or providing financial advice to others.
Disruption of Service: You agree not to engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of the Services, including hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Impersonation: You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with MakeTradingWork or any other service provider.
6.2 TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Suspension or Termination: MakeTradingWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if we believe you have engaged in any prohibited conduct or violated these Terms & Conditions.
Consequences of Termination: If your subscription is terminated due to a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription. You will also lose access to all educational content and services.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 EDUCATIONAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER
No Guarantees: All content provided through MakeTradingWork is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any trading strategy, tool, or recommendation.
Risk Acknowledgement: You understand and acknowledge that trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risks. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial consequences that arise from them.
7.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeTradingWork and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Total Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount you have paid for your subscription during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
8.1 PRIVACY POLICY
Collection and Use of Data: Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, and process your personal information. By subscribing, you consent to the use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
9.1 MODIFICATIONS
Right to Modify: MakeTradingWork reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
Continued Use: By continuing to use the Services after changes are posted, you agree to the modified Terms & Conditions.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
10.1 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
11.1 ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, along with any other policies, disclaimers, or documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MakeTradingWork regarding your use of the Services.
11.2 SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.3 NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
