How do I manage my membership?

How long does the coach connection process take?

After you complete your signup, you’ll receive two emails from us: one confirming your payment and another outlining the next steps. Connecting you with a coach usually takes one business day, though it may take longer if we need more information from you.

How does billing work?

You will be billed in accordance with the membership you have chosen and our legal policies, you can manage your membership through your account.

How do I get my DP Funded account credit?

DP Funded credits are a one-time, non-transferable credit that cannot be reissued, refunded, or carried forward. In order to redeem your credit, you must create a DP Funded account (register here) and then request your credit using the Request Credit Form. Each request is manually reviewed by our compliance team. If your details for MakeTradingWork & DP Funded do not match, we will be unable to process your credit.
